Participants are required to agree on an innovative strategy using market trends, competitor information and current operating and financial data

Any strategies (including cost-savings) have to be substantiated with bottom-line projections and implications for both staff and customer

Participants will have the opportunity to practise:

Assimilating and synthesising large volumes of information

Making prompt decisions after considering the risks

Planning, organising and coping with pressures and setbacks
